Unsika and UPR Strengthen Cooperation on Student Exchange and Tridharma Development




(FKIP English Language Education Study Program of Unsika and UPR Sign Cooperation Agreement)

Karawang, September 30, 2024 – Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (Unsika) and Universitas Palangka Raya (UPR) have formalized a partnership in the areas of Independent Student Exchange and the Tridharma of Higher Education. The agreement, aimed at improving academic collaboration and expanding learning opportunities, was signed in two separate ceremonies held in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, and East Telukjambe, Karawang. 

A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed on 5 September 2024 between the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of both institutions. Prof. Dr. H. Sutirna, S.Pd., M.Pd., Dean of FKIP Unsika, and Dr. Rinto Alexandro, S.E., M.M., Dean of FKIP UPR, signed on behalf of their respective universities. 

This collaboration includes the English Language Education Study Program from both universities whose agreement was signed on 11 September 2024. Representing Unsika was the Study Program Coordinator, Evi Karlina Ambarwati, S.S., M.Ed., while UPR was represented by Dr. Akhmad Fauzan, M.Pd., Coordinator of the English Language Education Program. 

The partnership aims to promote academic collaboration and provide more learning opportunities for students through exchange programs. It also supports national-level educational development by promoting joint research and shared expertise in the field of education.
